Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Hyattsville, Maryland. The HR Specialist focuses on specific HR functions such as benefits, compliance, or training. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential employee data.

Responsibilities:

Administer employee benefits and support annual open enrollment.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Support recruitment efforts by reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate employee training programs and maintain participation records.

Assist in payroll and performance management processes.

Requirements

3+ years of HR experience with focus in one or more specialties.

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
