Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your presence helps to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to everyone on-site. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to any security-related concerns as they arise. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.

Monitor for any unusual conditions or security-related hazards and report them promptly to the appropriate personnel.

Assist employees, visitors, and/or contractors by providing directions or information as requested while maintaining a visible Allied Universal presence.

Document observations, incidents, and/or any security-related activity according to site procedures.

Work collaboratively with site personnel and local authorities as required to support a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
