Department: Sales

Reports To: James Thomas

Job Summary: The Intern is responsible for providing support to the sales department by assisting with various tasks and projects. This role offers an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day tasks and projects as assigned by the

supervisor.

Conduct research and gather data to support departmental

initiatives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Participate in meetings and contribute ideas and feedback.

Maintain and update records and databases.

Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and

scheduling.

Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a degree program related to [relevant field]

or recent graduate.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.

Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.

Ability to work in various environmental conditions.
