Job Description

Engage in moderate to complex assembly functions using mechanical skills along with a variety of hand tools and assembly fixtures. You will produce and inspect assemblies to ensure they conform to product specifications. A complete understanding of the Quality System and GMP is essential, along with thorough documentation of all assembly and test processes performed.

Responsibilities

Perform moderate to complex assembly tasks using mechanical skills.

Utilize hand tools and assembly fixtures to produce assemblies.

Inspect assemblies to ensure they meet product specifications.

Adhere to established Quality System and GMP standards.

Document all assembly and test processes accurately.

Essential Skills

Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and proto@type assembly.

Proficiency in reading blueprints and understanding manufacturing processes.

Familiarity with test engineering and document control.

Experience with medical devices and quality management systems.

Strong troubleshooting skills in engineering, R&D, mechanical, and electrical schematics.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1-4 years of experience in the assembly of electromechanical or electro-pneumatical systems, or equivalent experience in a medical device or aerospace manufacturing environment.

Ability to interpret and understand engineering drawings and follow assembly instructions.

Proficiency in basic computer applications including MS Word and MS Excel.

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain an orderly work cell.

Work Environment

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with overtime as needed. You will work on the production/manufacturing floor of a company that focuses on designing and developing innovative respiratory products. The company has been in business for 8 years, employing 150 people, with 50 in manufacturing and 35 technicians. The production area includes 3 production lines with several stations where employees are cross-trained, each equipped with a touch screen. The company culture is collaborative and family-oriented, providing a long-term opportunity with direct hire potential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $54080.00/yr.

3% Annual Bonus (base salary) Personal and Company Performance- Medical, Dental, and Vision (effective 1st of the month following start date)- 401k Participation with up to 3% company match (eligible 30 days following start date) - 2 weeks accrued Vacation a year- 10 days accrued Sick Leave a year - 10 Federal Holidays Observed a year- 1 Floating Holiday a year
