?? What You'll Do

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects

Translate customer needs into tailored proposals and technical solutions

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop accurate specifications and pricing

Prepare and present compelling sales quotes and product recommendations

Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to drive new business

Track orders, manage purchase documentation, and support inside sales operations

?? What You Bring

AA/BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical sales role

Familiarity with temperature sensors or industrial measurement systems

Strong project management and negotiation skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Hourly Rate: $28.85 - $31.25

This is a fully onsite role in Northampton, MA, with standard hours Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northampton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
