Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure and mission-critical projects, is seeking a Construction Project Engineer 4 to join their team. As a Construction Project Engineer 4, you will be part of the Operations department supporting project delivery and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Engineer 4

Location: Boydton, VA

Pay Range: $64.00-$79.00 Hourly

What's the Job?

Oversee material flow and delivery schedules for construction activities.

Track owner-furnished equipment and ensure timely site availability.

Coordinate with vendors for badging, orientation, and compliance requirements.

Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and milestone updates.

Compile turnover packages including QC records, inspection reports, and punch lists.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR 4+ years of equivalent experience.

Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Familiarity with mechanical/electrical systems (e.g., UPS, generators, HVAC).

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Procore) and document control processes.

Strong organizational and communication skills for cross-team coordination.
