As a Security Officer - Flex - Industrial Site in Cleburne, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Flex Part-Time Security Officer, you'll use our exclusive Claim a Shift platform to view and Pick up open shifts based on your availability-giving you the freedom to build a schedule that works for you, while gaining valuable site experience across various industries. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help maintain a secure environment for all personnel and assets. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while your strong communication skills foster positive interactions with employees and visitors. This position requires driving responsibilities as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential security-related concerns.

Monitor and report any suspicious behavior or conditions encountered during patrols.

Communicate with onsite personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Customer service experience is preferred.

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
