Allied Universal® is hiring a Manager of Demand Generation. The Demand Generation Manager is a key member of the marketing team, responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that improve lead generation for new business, brand building, customer retention and cross-selling. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency through hands-on execution of marketing initiatives, implementing customer engagement strategies that deliver measurable results, maximizing marketing's contribution to revenue through tactical full-funnel campaign delivery.
The Demand Generation Manager will be required to be on-site full-time at our Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, CA, and will report to our Director of Marketing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demand Generation:
Ideate, develop, and manage demand generation marketing programs from campaign planning and audience segmentation to execution, measurement, and optimization
Execute multi-touch, multi-channel marketing campaigns and conduct post-program analysis to review results against objectives, including lead volume, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI
Content Development:
Manage content development and partner with subject-matter experts on targeted messaging that resonates with various audiences
Create compelling content including eBooks, white papers, website content, emails, blog posts, newsletters, webinars, sales collateral, PowerPoint sales presentations and advertisements
Online Marketing:
Execute digital and account-based marketing strategies with data-driven testing to optimize messaging, creative assets, and landing pages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, web, and sales enablement, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts
Sales Development:
Drive and strengthen the SDR process by developing playbooks and enablement materials to convert marketing leads into pipeline opportunities
Streamline lead handoffs and lead follow up processes between marketing and sales to increase funnel conversion rates

QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or related field of study
Minimum of five (5) years of marketing experience
Minimum of two (2) years of corporate marketing department experience in a demand generation role
Experience developing and/or managing brand building, thought leadership and lead generation content for a wide range of media channels: Website, email, events & sponsorships, PR/Publicity, trade shows, social media, collateral, advertising (digital and offline), direct mail, webinars, video, white papers, etc.
Recent use (in the last two years) of an account-based marketing (ABM) solution equivalent to Terminus, Demandbase, 6Sense, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or active campaign
Experience with reporting - Salesforce, GA4, understanding of attribution models
Experience working with and leading SDR teams and inbound/outbound marketing tactics
Strong writing skills with attention to detail and solid proofreading abilities
Strong expertise in demand generation strategies, website content layout, and data analysis
Driven and self-motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and poise; ability to work well with executives, team members, and customers
Ability to assemble a creative brief, prioritize tasks, and manage projects through to completion
Strong proficiency in communication (written and oral), well organized, able to multi-task
Ability to adapt to new situations, processes, and directions
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
B2B Marketing experience
Design and build experience of website content strategy, HTML knowledge
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (like Marketo), CRM tools (like Salesforce), and project management tools (like Wrike)
Familiarity with design tools (like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma) and web tools (like WordPress and Drupal)
BENEFITS:
Pay: $90,000 - $105,000 base salary, plus a 10% annual bonus eligibility

Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days
Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly. Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
