What's a typical day as an Executive Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Expertly managing and maintaining the Director's complex daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conferences, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.

Coordinating all aspects of domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries and expense reports.

Preparing, distributing, and managing meeting agendas, presentations, and supporting materials, and attending meetings as required to take minutes and track action items.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar support role, preferably within an engineering, technology, or corporate environment.

Possess an Associate Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and have exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
