What's a typical day as an HR Administrative Assistant? You'll be:

Serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the National Attendance Program (NAP), ensuring compliance with FMLA, Medical Leave of Absence (MLOA), and tardiness policies.

Conducting meetings and administering corrective actions as necessary, in alignment with the NAP language.

Auditing attendance and tardiness timekeeping codes, correcting and updating employee records as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor's Degree and have one or more years of experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.

Are proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and have a strong understanding of attendance policies.

Are available to work all shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts, and are committed to being fully on-site.
