Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional service in a hotel or hospitality environment. This role is crucial in ensuring that our guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming atmosphere during their stay.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.

Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to enhance performance and efficiency.

Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.

Develop and implement cleaning schedules that optimize staff productivity while ensuring thorough cleaning practices.

Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred.

Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, industrial cleaning, janitorial practices, and custodial experience.

Familiarity with hospitality standards and best practices in customer service.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills to lead a diverse team and interact positively with guests. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
