Position Overview

We're growing --- and looking for a creative, driven Content Creator / Account Manager to join our team! This hybrid role blends content creation with client relationship management. If you're passionate about storytelling, design, and building strong client partnerships, this is your opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and publish engaging content across social media, websites, and digital platforms

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

Collaborate with internal design, video, and web teams to execute marketing strategies

Create and manage content calendars aligned with client goals

Monitor performance metrics and present insights and recommendations to clients

Skills Needed

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Strong organizational and time management skills

Creative thinking with attention to detail and brand consistency

Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools

Basic graphic design and video editing skills preferred

Knowledge Required

Understanding of digital marketing and content strategy

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar tools

Awareness of current trends in social media and digital storytelling

Knowledge of client service best practices and account management

Ability to Implement

Translate client goals into actionable content strategies

Manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal supervision

Adapt tone and messaging to fit diverse client brands

Analyze engagement data to refine content and improve results

Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
