Job Summary

Inventory Control Coordinator is responsible for the physical movement and system transactions of specific inventory in the warehouse.

Education/Work Experience

· 3+ years' experience required.

· High School Diploma.

Skills/Knowledge

· Must be able to do simple math calculations.

· Experience using outlook or other e-mail platforms.

· Must have the highest level of attention to detail and accuracy, required.

· Ability to work on highly repetitive tasks or routine duties daily.

· Must be able to investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

· Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.

· Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining complete accuracy.

· Must be able to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

· Must be a team player as well as be able to work independently.

· Must verify (audit) the work of others.

· Must be highly organized.

· Must be able to accept constructive criticism and feedback about performance.

· Must be able to learn new tasks quickly and accurately.

· Must have legible handwriting.

· Must be able to walk, crouch, reach and lift up to 20 lbs.

· Must be able to Pass J-STD-001 Module 1 and 6, taught on site.

Qualifications

Essential Job Elements

· Put away all incoming material physically, as well as in the MRP system.

· Create bin locations in MRP system.

· Prioritize incoming material appropriately, following guidelines given.

· Issue HOT material in the MRP system, and deliver immediately.

· Responsible for all material sales transactions on the stockroom side.

· Back-up for the window position.

· Back-up for the Cycle Count Coordinator position.

· Must be able to find and resolve discrepancies effectively and in a timely manner.

· Follow all established work instructions and guidelines.

· Must be able to use Epicor accurately.

· Must be able to use Microsoft TEAMS consistently.

· Must be able to use Microsoft excel consistently and accurately.

· Must be able to @type without errors.

· Must be able to interface in a positive manner with all levels of employees and Management.

· Must be able to run reports and analyze data on daily receipts and inventory locations. · Verify all transactions are complete and accurate.

· Will be using multiple computer applications at a time.

· Must be self-motivated.

· Comply with all in-house training as identified in job specific family and or specific training plan. · Train new employees.

· Support all corporate and site 6S objectives.

· Perform all other duties, as assigned.

Pay Range: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
