Administrative Care Technician - Elder Care Department

Job Description:

Education Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Supports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks.

Administers questionnaires and documents in electronic medical record.

Manage patient, family, and facility calls.

Processes incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed.

Answers internal phone calls.

Chart preparation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service skills

Ability to follow direction and perform tasks within scope of role

Experience in healthcare or patient care experience

Experience using electronic medical record

Medical terminology

This position will work the following:

32 hours/week guaranteed

No Weekends

8 Hour Shifts

Day Shift: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire

Shift Rotation: FTE Flex Days (United States of America)

Shift Start/End: 8:00AM - 4:30PM/

Hours Per Pay Period: 64

Compensation Range: $15.79 - $23.69 / hour

Union:
