Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Assistant to join our team in Rockville, Maryland. In this contract position, you will play a key role in conducting thorough research, compiling data, and ensuring accurate information entry into organizational systems. This role requires excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Assist with project documentation, timelines, and deliverables.

Coordinate communication between project team members.

Track progress and update project management systems.

Prepare meeting notes and assist with reporting and analysis.

Support procurement and logistical needs.

Requirements

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or administration.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
