Why You'll Love This Role

Earn $18/hr (English) or $19.50/hr (Bilingual - Spanish)

Hybrid Schedule available starting February (based on performance)

Monday-Friday only - No weekends!

Paid Training: Nov 12 - Dec 9 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (on-site)

Nesting Period: Dec 10 - Jan 7

Shift Options: 9:30 AM-6:00 PM or 10:00 AM-6:30 PM (assigned based on business needs)

What You'll Do

Handle 40-50 inbound calls/day about homeowner insurance claims

Calm frustrated callers and provide real solutions

Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues

Be the bridge between homeowners, lenders, and Proctor

Document everything like a pro in our claims system

Make outbound calls when needed to follow up

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

1-2 years of call center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations = gold!)

Thick skin & a cool head under pressure

?? Typing speed of 35+ WPM

Strong verbal & written communication

Working cellphone (for dual authentication)

Reliable transportation

Bonus Points:

Insurance or mortgage experience

Auto claims or Medicaid/Medicare experience

Hard No's:

Job hoppers

No call center experience

Weak communication skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
