JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview This position is at our Mercyhealth Walworth
campus in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. This position works in our
administrative office and has a high level of visability throughout our
building including possible support to various department leadership as
needed for clerical support. This position does support the main entry
and check in for the administration offices as well. Monday-Friday, 32
hours per week. Some flexibility is required to attend meetings that may
be outside of normal business hours. Experience in a variety of software
is preferred with advanced skills in Word and Excel. The ability to
compose varied documents including formal letters is preferred. Please
include a cover letter with your resume. The Secretary or Administrative
Assistant schedules appointments, gives information to callers, and
otherwise relieves officials of clerical work and minor administrative
and business detail by performing the following duties. This position
reports to multiple directors, and other partners. Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Preparing correspondence, reports,
spreadsheets, meetings, quarterly production, etc. Maintain calendars;
assist in scheduling meetings, conferences, etc. In person and virtually
through Teams or other means. Maintains meeting documentation. Manages
Amion (scheduling) for physicians schedules. Take the necessary actions
in the absence of the manager or director or other partners as
necessary. Resolve routine inquires. Physician payroll and timekeeping -
float physician, and locums invoices. Physician scheduling - physician,
and locums. Compilation and analysis of clinic data and reports.
Preparation and orientation of new physicians and locums. Special events
and forum preparations. Provide smooth transitions for Hospitalist &
Intensivists leadership. Provide and assist with administrative
functions as required. Complete special projects as necessary. Other
