About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and personable Administrative Assistant to join our team in Delavan, WI. In this dynamic and cross-functional role, you'll report directly to the Office Manager and support the Site Leader, playing a key part in keeping our office running smoothly. As the first point of contact for visitors and vendors, you'll represent our site with professionalism and a welcoming attitude.

Schedule: Onsite, Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (No flexibility)

Type: Full-time, Contract-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and new employees

Coordinate onsite meetings and events

Manage office supplies and purchase requisitions

Handle incoming/outgoing mail and employee reimbursements

Liaise with external cleaning crew

Manage employee and visitor badges

Support other departments and provide coverage for the Office Manager

Assist with flyer creation, agenda updates, and scheduling

Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Excel: Basic data entry and sorting

Word: Event scheduling, agenda updates, flyer creation

Outlook: Professional email communication

Ability to work independently and solve problems

Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
