Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, with potential for higher compensation based on experience.

Shift available: office hours; 1st shift; flexible

What's a typical day as Customer Service Manager? You'll be:

Overseeing the Customer Service team, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellent service delivery while reporting to leadership.

Establishing performance standards and KPIs to meet departmental goals and mentoring staff through training and performance evaluations.

Collaborating with Sales, Production, Quality, and Logistics teams to align customer service with business needs and ensuring compliance with company policies.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have a minimum of an Associate's Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred) and five years of customer service experience, including at least two years in a supervisory or management role.

Possess strong leadership skills and excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
