JOB REQUIREMENTS: Assist in the preparation, monitoring, of the clinic\'s annual operating and budgets Collaborate with department heads to forecast and plan departmental budgets Conduct monthly variance analysis and highlight key trends or issues Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to each Department Director and Health Director Work with department directors to adjust spending and operations accordingly Monitor revenue streams, expenses, and profitability Assist with aligning budget with clinic\'s strategic goals and regulatory requirements Generate customized reports for management, board meetings, and regulatory agencies Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Produce rolling forecasts quarterly to maintain financial agility Budget for major capital expenditures Ensure compliance with internal financial controls Support internal and external audits, including gathering documentation and answering auditor queries Maintain documentation and records in line with financial standards Work with financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and discretion in handling tasks Follow HIPAA rules and regulations All other duties as assigned ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role required. Preferred certification: CPA, CMA, or similar credentials. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, and reporting tools. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all departments. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks. Mantoux TB test current. Completed Hepatitis B series. Valid WI Driver\'s License. Valid Vehicle Insurance. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
