Description
PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Marketing Specialist provides strategic guidance on project planning and communications channels/tools, and manage the execution of integrated marketing communication projects to build brand awareness and drive interest in Precision's product offerings and expertise across key markets. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the marketing team and internal partners to implement integrated marketing communications plans across North America, leveraging the most effective mix of marketing communications strategies and tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

More specifically, the person will:
Collaborate with internal and external partners to create relevant and impactful communications based on the Integrated Marketing and Communications Plan
Monitor, measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives related to the overall goals of the region, industry and business unit
Conduct analytical reviews of projects used to inform strategic decisions by key stakeholders and improve content strategies and marketing tactics
Manage vendor relationships for fulfillment of promotional/literature/product samples
Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing activities measuring effectiveness and business impact
Work with various promotional tactics, including print and digital media, social media, email marketing, tradeshows and other promotional events.
Social Media Management: Create and maintain new social media campaigns, content, and schedules
Communicate positively with supervisors, fellow workers, and other internal customers
Assist with developing marketing strategies
Assist in creating marketing promotions and campaigns
Assist in developing case studies and product promotion tools
Provide sales team support for collateral, programs and marketing initiatives
Assist with creating written text for sales and marketing materials
Manage the PPI training center and customer experience program
Deliver training presentations
On Occasion, travel domestically to support company initiatives
Continually participate in additional training related to the job
Demonstrate regular, consistent attendance

Proficient use of math skills
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
Understanding of and experience with brand/image development and management
Integrated marketing communications planning and program management skills
Understanding and experience with traditional and digital media channels and production processes
Exceptional organizational skills and the agility to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities/needs
Proficient in MS Office, graphic design
Demonstrate marketing aptitude and ability to solve problems using training, experience and reasoning skills
Preferred agency experience
EDUCATION - EXPERIENCE - COMPUTER SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; or
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED) and 1 - 3 years of marketing, communications, and/or product marketing experience; or
equivalent combination of education and experience.

The noise level in the work environment is MODERATE.
Safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes when in the production and training areas as required.
