Supporting overall office management including general administrative support, scheduling, purchasing and conference room management, managing office supplies and inventory. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: · Manages front desk operations, including answering and triaging calls and greeting colleagues and visitors · Manages supplies, inventory, ordering office supplies, catering requests and manages daily stocking of supplies in all kitchens and copy rooms. Responsible for daily management of all conference rooms and keeping conference rooms tidy · Completes other administrative responsibilities including processing invoices, management of conference rooms and technology, printing and copying, processing travel and expense reimbursements · Provides scheduling support to leaders, calendar management and assists in scheduling priority system meetings Experience: 2-3 years of Administrative Support Experience Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required (Outlook, Word) Written and verbal communication skills Technology proficient - ability to manage video conferencing systems, knowledge of best practices and ability to troubleshoot issues Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, manage and prioritize various responsibilities and maintain confidentiality Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
