With mentorship, community, and the potential for full-time placement after graduation, this is your chance to explore your passions and build a foundation for long-term success.

What Will I Do?

As an Intern, you?ll focus on one of the following career areas:

Hospitality Management / Food Service Management

Corporate & Functional Support (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, etc.)

Culinary Management

Retail Management

Where Will I Work?

Internship opportunities are available across the country, in:

Colleges & universities

Corporate offices

Cultural attractions

National & state parks

Stadiums & arenas

Workplaces & business dining facilities

Program Highlights

Immersive Experience : Work alongside experienced leaders to contribute to meaningful work.

Impactful Projects : Take on dynamic responsibilities that help you grow professionally and personally.

Mentorship : Be paired with an Aramark Employee Resource Group (ERG) Connector who will support and guide you throughout the summer?and beyond.

Career Foundation : Participate in leadership development programming to build a strong base for a future in hospitality, business, culinary, food service, or facilities management.

Who Should Apply?

Candidates actively pursuing a bachelor?s degree in any field of study. A major in hospitality, business, culinary, or facilities management is preferred. Please keep in mind that educational requirements may change depending on the responsibilities of the role.

Candidates willing to work flexible hours, which may include nights, weekends or holidays

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION :The hourly rate for this position is $17 to $28. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
