POSITION SUMMARY:
The Integrated Marketing Specialist plays a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that combine digital marketing, product positioning, and visual design. This position will work closely with product managers and designers to launch campaigns, shape go-to-market strategies, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. This position will also design digital experiences and translate product benefits into compelling visual narratives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
Design visual assets for web, social, and email campaigns for product launches.
Manage the end-to-end creative process for projects and product launches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, channel, and UX teams) to align creative output with messaging and launch strategies.
Translate product features into clear, value-driven visuals and messaging.
Maintain brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the company's visual identity.
Balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting deadlines.
Support ideation and creation of integrated marketing campaigns.
Analyze marketing and campaign performance to optimize and inform future creative strategies.
Measure and report on campaign impact and user engagement.
Support salespeople, managers, and product management personnel with questions and requests for marketing materials using a ticketing system.
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of OrePac's products, services, customers, and business to apply to specific design and creative assignments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to travel to customer and industry events up to 10% of the time.
Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with minimal supervision and a positive attitude. Highly adaptable in fast-paced environments, with strong project management, organizational, and time management skills to effectively prioritize and adjust to shifting priorities and market trends while maintaining high-quality results.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
Strong creative writing skills, including the ability to write with brand voice and communicate with a diverse audience of professionals and consumers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Proficiency in Adobe design applications, Canva, or equivalent.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, buyer personas, social media best practices, and brand representation.
Excellent project management, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
Knowledge of or experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot preferred (but not required).
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
Strong customer service orientation and high level of attention to detail.
Commitment to and demonstration of high ethical standards governing professional behavior and interactions.
Knowledge base in building materials is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to make decisions that are in line with OrePac standards.
Demonstrated capability to develop strong interpersonal working relationships and work in a team environment.
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, public relations or a related field.
3 or more years of experience building and executing multi-channel marketing initiatives.
Any combination of education, training, or experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position will be accepted in place of the education and/or experience requirements listed for this role.
