The purpose of this internship is to prepare college students for entry into the business world by providing a thorough understanding of the various functions of the Zebra Technologies organization. The program is designed to provide you with a full experience so that you can fully envision a career with Zebra. You will be positioned for success with training, exposure to all parts of the business, social activities, a professional mentor relationship and development sessions to help you discover your own performance edge!
Data analytics and process improvement for all BU's under EMC. This role will include analysis of Excess & Obsolesce of finished goods and components, reviewing process and making updates (if needed), updating Power BI reporting and creating any new reports needed.

Responsibilities:
Perform Data Analysis: Support the team by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Contribute to PBI Projects: Assist in the development and execution of Power BI projects, including creating dashboards and visualizations to improve data accessibility and reporting.
Drive Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency across business processes.
Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
Increase technology knowledge and skills
Develop team-based work proficiencies
Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
THIS IS A HYBRID INTERNSHIP LOCATED IN HOLTSVILLE, NY. THE EXPECTATION IS AT LEAST 3 DAYS OF IN-OFFICE ATTENDANCE.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field.
Must have an anticipated graduation date between May 2026 - May 2029
Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Self starter - able to grasp ideas and run with them
Proficient PowerBI or Tableau
Advanced user of Excel (formulas, pivots, vlookups...)
Proficient in Data Analytics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
Ability to collaborate as part of a team
Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 22.00 - USD 32.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement.
