We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative & Billing Clerk to support our office operations and billing functions. This role is responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, processing invoices, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is dependable, efficient, and able to balance administrative duties with billing responsibilities while providing excellent internal and external customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, generate, and process invoices accurately and on time.

Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain organized financial and client records in physical and electronic filing systems.

Respond to billing inquiries and provide excellent customer support.

Process payments and reconcile accounts receivable records.

Assist with account audits and month-end closing procedures.

Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, scheduling, and data entry.

Support management with reporting, document preparation, and special projects.

Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred.

1-3 years of experience in administrative support and/or billing .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills .

Excellent communication and customer service abilities .

Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
