Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking an Operations Support Generalist to join our team in Paradise, PA. The Operations Support Generalist is responsible for serving as a versatile resource across deposit operations, electronic banking, and cash management teams.
Responsibilities:
Conduct and oversee annual reviews of Cash Management products ensuring accuracy and timely updates
Manage and maintain Courier Services contracts, coordinating effectively with vendors and internal departments
Assist with onboarding and ongoing support for Cash Management clients
Provide support for Electronic Banking services, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Remote Deposit Capture
Assist with daily Deposit Operations functions, including account maintenance, exception item processing and ensuring regulatory compliance
Assist with daily IRA functions, such as contributions, distributions, transfers while ensuring compliance with IRS regulations; also handle CD renewals
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in banking or finance preferred
Knowledge of Jack Henry products and services is helpful
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in back-office banking operations. Expertise in ACH, Wire Transfers, Internet Banking, Remote Deposit Capture, CD/IRA processing, and general Deposit Operations functions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat.
High school diploma or equivalent required
