Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a Loan Admin Assistant II to join our team in Paradise, PA. The Loan Admin Assistant II is responsible for providing administrative support for the lending staff.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing pre-closing packages and coordinating closings

Corresponding with title companies/attorneys

Ordering property certifications, flood certifications, and credit reports

Answering incoming calls to the loan department

Acting as general support for the lending team

Preferred Skills:

Strong customer service experience

Ability to meet deadlines

High level of organizational skills

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 years' experience in a Loan AA I position or 2 years' experience performing administrative duties in a loan department

High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business or a related field preferred
