Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a contract position lasting 12 weeks, with the possibility of extension. In this role, you will assist various departments, manage administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the office.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and deliveries, managing package receipt and distribution.

Edit and refine internal communications, reports, and documents with precision.

Provide administrative support primarily to the R& D team, as well as other departments as needed.

Handle receptionist duties, including buzzing in visitors and maintaining a welcoming front desk presence.

Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and data entry.

Assist with coordinating office activities to ensure efficiency and organization.

Utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools to complete tasks effectively and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs across the organization.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role.

Exceptional editing and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word and Excel.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage downtime productively.

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Comfortable interacting with visitors and maintaining a detail-oriented demeanor. TalentMatch®
