Executive Assistant

Location: Maple Grove, MN

Type: Permanent (Onsite for the first 2 months, then hybrid flexibility)

We're looking for an Executive Assistant who is proficient on organization, and precision. In this role, you'll be the backbone of the team-coordinating schedules, planning events, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and professional correspondence.

Plan and execute corporate events that reflect our brand and culture.

Schedule and coordinate meetings across multiple teams.

Manage follow-up communications to keep projects on track.

Oversee team calendars for events and travel.

Arrange travel logistics for multiple employees, accommodating individual needs.

Essential Skills

Strong calendar management and organizational abilities.

Proven administrative and executive support experience.

Excellent communication and follow-through skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the medical device or manufacturing industry.

Experience in event planning and travel coordination.

Work Environment

Onsite for the first two months, then transition to a flexible remote schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
