The Product Support team for LADS seeks an experienced Program Liaison. In this role you will assist the Program Manager in administrative and coordination tasks within Depot Logistics Support (DLS) Program. This role provides career progression opportunities towards a Program Management position, and the selected candidate will be encouraged to learn CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) strategies, PMD (Program Manager Development), and engage in potential customer interactions.
**This is an onsite position at our Largo, FL facility

What You Will Do:
Coordinate all program and customer meetings to include scheduling, presenting, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
Manage Government issued Common Access Cards
Manage CDRL delivery dates and assist in CDRL creation
Process Service Requests as well as sending confirmation receipts to the customer.
Process VAL request internal and external as well as SPOT orders for overseas deployments.
Coordinate Share Drive, R-Share access, and technology / asset requests
Coordinate Customer letter deliveries
Other support tasks as requested by the Program Manager
What You Will Learn:
Raytheon and RTX Business Acumen
SBU & SSBU organizational structure, responsibilities amongst the programs and the functional areas, and deliverables
Agile concepts and tools including Customer Oriented Results & Execution (CORE) methods
Bid and Proposal work
Qualifications You Must Have:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
Prior Customer / Client Experience (Internal & External)
Qualifications We Prefer:
Ability to brief customers on program status/objectives
Demonstrated track record of customer relationship management
Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work in a team environment
Prior Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience
CORE Certified
An ability to manage varied tasks, requirements and commitments and interface successfully with numerous disciplines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-critical requirements.
Organized and detail oriented.
Thorough knowledge Office Applications with the ability to learn new tools.

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
