Sales Assistant

Description

Handled inbound calls to provide information on policies, pricing, and plans for current clients

Make outbound calls to leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Work with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

Build relationships internally and externally surrounded by a strong supportive team

What are we looking for?

Higher level education of at least 2 years

Strong customer service skills

Ability to build and cultivate relationships

Skills

Customer service, Customer service call center, inbound and outbound calls, microsoft office

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.

Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems seamlessly.

Minimum 1 year phone experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
