Job Title: Parts Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Parts Specialist to join our team in Bethlehem. This role is critical to supporting our sales operations and ensuring smooth order processing and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sales order entry, quote generation, and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Additionally, this person will assist with answering phones and transferring calls to the appropriate party.

Responsibilities

Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently.

Maintain and update customer records and order status.

Collaborate with sales representatives, account managers, and the parts department to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Generate reports and documentation using Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Provide general administrative support to the sales team.

Essential Skills

Customer service

Parts Experience (ideally from automotive or trucking industry)

Sales support

Data entry

Administrative support

Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel, Word, and Outlook

Previous experience in sales administration, inside sales, order entry, or a similar role

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.Parts

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $52000.00/yr.
