Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and products within a warehouse environment. This role ensures accurate and timely handling of inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. May also support facilities maintenance and delivery operations.

Ensure accurate and timely handling of inventory, shipping, and receiving tasks.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Support facilities maintenance and delivery operations as needed.

Operate forklifts, RF scanners, and WMS for inventory management.

Perform picking, packing, shipping, and receiving tasks.

Verify packing lists, label inventory, and conduct quality checks.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and maintain organization.

Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.

Drive company vehicles when required.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in operating forklifts and RF scanners.

Experience with inventory management and WMS.

Attention to detail for verifying packing lists and quality checks.

Basic computer skills for printing forms and creating shipping labels.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing or sitting for extended periods.

Valid driver's license with the ability to operate a company vehicle.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.

1+ year of experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory preferred.

Basic math skills and ability to follow written/verbal instructions.

Familiarity with FedEx shipping systems is a plus.

Safety-conscious and dependable.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saddle Brook, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
