Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to support our team in North Chelmsford, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-Permanent position provides an excellent opportunity to engage in diverse administrative tasks while contributing to the smooth operation of critical legal and organizational processes. The ideal candidate will thrive in a structured environment and demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities:

Draft and manage various forms of correspondence, including letters and mail handling.

Scan and upload documents into the organization's system to ensure accurate recordkeeping.

Enter new client information into the management system for seamless data organization.

Archive and organize sensitive and confidential information with precision.

Operate scanners to digitize physical documents while following established guidelines.

Adhere strictly to written instructions and protocols to maintain quality and accuracy.

Prepare simple legal documents if experienced and interested in expanding responsibilities.

Assist with general administrative tasks to alleviate management's workload.

Requirements - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a structured environment.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

Ability to strictly follow instructions and established procedures.

Proficiency in data entry and document management systems.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.

Comfortable working with user-friendly software; training will be provided.
