HOLYOKE Administrative Assistant As Conklin?s Administrative Assistant,
you will serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors and
answering calls while performing administrative duties. Administrative
Tasks: Manage various administrative tasks, including filing, data
entry, scanning, copying, and distributing documents. Greet and assist
visitors, provide information, verify identification, and direct them to
the appropriate personnel. Answer and direct phone calls, handle
incoming and outgoing mail, and manage general office correspondence.
Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed. Keep the
reception and kitchen area clean, organized, and presentable. Required
Skills: Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks,
maintain files, and organize workflows efficiently. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in office equipment (phones, printers, fax machines) and
software, such as Google Suite. Attention to Detail: Crucial for
accurate data entry, order processing, and record keeping. Adaptability:
Flexibility to handle changing priorities and additional duties as
operational needs dictate. Communication: Strong verbal and written
communication skills to interact professionally with visitors and
callers. Customer Service: A friendly, welcoming, and helpful demeanor
