Location: Reading, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $40 - 45 per hourThis is an ongoing contract role for a Content Marketing Manager requiring 3-4 days of onsite work per week in Reading, PA. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and a strong understanding of marketing, particularly within a B2B or industrial services corporate setting. The role involves developing and executing diverse marketing projects, coordinating email campaigns and creative assets, and providing essential support for events, content development, and sales enablement initiatives.Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing projects across various channels to support lead generation and demand generation efforts.

Provide marketing support for events, content development, and sales enablement initiatives.

Coordinate the creation of marketing assets, including email campaigns, internal/external newsletters, and other creative materials.

Collaborate with team members to drive key marketing initiatives forward.

Familiarity with Marketo and/or Salesforce.com is a plus.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

5+ years of experience in a marketing role, demonstrating a broad set of skills and a strong understanding of marketing principles.

Proven experience in a B2B corporate setting, preferably within industrial or professional services.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns and other programs.

Strong written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a team.

Strong analytical skills.

Comfortable managing a variety of projects simultaneously.
