We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join a growing team located in Macungie, Pennsylvania. Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound customer calls, providing accurate information, and offering effective solutions.

Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and verify satisfaction with services.

Accurately process customer orders and update records using internal order entry systems.

Utilize Google Docs and Google Sheets for documentation and tracking of customer interactions and workflow.

Deliver outstanding service in a call center setting while adhering to organizational standards.

Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.

Maintain a professional demeanor, with a focus on detail, when addressing customer concerns or challenges.

Exhibit adaptability to meet fluctuating seasonal business demands.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions for continuous learning and process improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications

Prior customer service experience, with preference for a background in a call center setting.

Proficiency in using Google Docs and Google Sheets for accurate documentation and workflow management.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to efficiently manage inbound and outbound calls with patience and professionalism.

Familiarity with order entry systems and related processes is a plus.

High attention to detail, paired with solid organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to adapt to seasonal business needs and eagerness to learn new processes.
