Position Summary:
This position will focus on revitalizing strategic accounts with a remit to engage stakeholders, restore value, and create deeper partnerships. Once an account is established and set on a strong success path, the Account Performance Manager will be rotated into the next high-priority opportunity account. They will document and demonstrate the impact and the opportunities they have identified.
This role represents a strategic opportunity to drive impact across Bentley's enterprise accounts through a combination of discovery, advisory, and market development. An advisory-style approach, building relationships at all levels of account teams and accounts, uncovering whitespace, and supporting increased consumption.
This role emphasizes fostering a focused approach to improving outcomes and value for accounts by aligning account teams, implementing best practice, and identifying opportunities for mutual growth. This role will work with the Performance team to make recommendations and prioritize BSY actions in and promoting long-term adoption to maximize value, operational excellence and deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Implementing Operational Best Practices: Work with account teams in key accounts. Use consultancy skills to set standards for engagements and identify opportunities for collaboration across all departments.
Lead Adoption and Consumption Campaigns: Collaborate with Account Management, Success, Solution Engineering, Services, Bentley Learn, and Product teams to design and execute campaigns promoting Bentley solutions tailored to customer needs. Implement into targeted accounts.
Internal PR and Progress Communication: Regularly communicate progress, achievements, and challenges to internal stakeholders, building transparency and alignment around consumption growth initiatives.
Data based decision making: Use data insights to recommend and implement actions into specific accounts, and regional initiatives.
This is an individual contributor role.
This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week.
This role requires communication with Managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and/or by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other physical requirements (https://www.bls.gov/ors/factsheet/visual-overview-of-physical-demands.htm) ).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field and/or 8+ years of experience in the Infrastructure, Engineering, Construction, and/or Operations industry, with a strong background in business development, consultancy or sales.
Proven experience driving strategic growth, account management, and product consumption through cross-functional collaboration and innovative initiatives.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Must be able to succinctly translate problems and present actionable insights to leadership and accounts.
Strong expertise in software solutions, client engagement, and adoption strategies, with demonstrated success in public and private sector stakeholder management and project lifecycle influence.
Passionate, results-driven with a track record of inspiring teams through strategic vision and innovative approaches to achieve measurable impact on product consumption and client success.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, economic drivers, and technology solutions within the infrastructure sector.
Flexibility to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally to meet business needs.
