Advantage Technical is seeking a Senior Design Assurance Engineer in Maple Grove, MN to lead a high-impact new product development project in the Interventional Oncology & Embolics portfolio. This hybrid/onsite role allows you to ensure quality, safety, and compliance while collaborating with a global team. Hours & Pay Pay Rate: $54/hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Model: Hybrid (onsite in Maple Grove, MN as needed) Responsibilities Lead quality efforts on cross-functional product development teams. Manage Design History File (DHF) and ensure audit readiness. Conduct risk management activities, including DFMEAs and hazard analyses. Plan, execute, and document verification & validation testing. Collaborate with global teams on quality deliverables. Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 14971, FDA QSR, EUMDR, and related standards. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field 5+ years in design quality assurance or product development (medical devices preferred) Strong knowledge of Design Controls, Risk Management, and V&V methodologies Proven ability to deliver product quality in regulated industries Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred: Experience with ISO standards (13485, 14971, 10555, 80369, 7864) and global regulatory requirements Employee Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
