This position is part of Enterprise Comms & MarTech Experiences (ECMX), which is a global organization that sits within Membership Portfolio Services (MPS) and is American Express' marketing services center of excellence with the charter of driving high quality, customer-first marketing that accelerates business growth through optimized go-to-market solutions and the development of best-in-class MarTech products & processes.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Offers Ecosystem (DOE) MarOps Solutions team. The team is focused on ensuring flawless execution and delivery of Amex Offers campaigns, enabling partner priorities, and maintaining a continuous focus on operational transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the Marketing Execution Lead (MEL) for Amex Offer campaigns. This includes managing and submitting offers through all required review processes and working closely with compliance review partners and marketing partners to ensure all campaigns are fully approved prior to launch.
Executing the end-to-end offer onboarding process for Amex Offers campaigns, ensuring the successful set-up and delivery of offers.
Conducting quality reviews and validations to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns.
Supporting operational reporting and KPI tracking for transformation initiatives, ensuring performance is effectively monitored and analyzed.
Developing data-driven decks and dashboards (using Tableau, Excel, and other reporting tools) to inform business strategy and enable decision-making.
Providing consultation and support to Marketing partners who want to launch campaigns.
Working closely with Technologies to track and validate offers, ensuring they launch successfully.
Continuing to meet the evolving needs of our Partners, Cardmembers, and Merchants.
Qualifications:
Prior experience of marketing execution, project management, and/or reporting a plus
Strong attention to detail to drive flawless execution
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret data; proficient in Excel
Proven ability to independently manage multiple workstreams and drive results
Strong relationship management skills and ability to effectively collaborate across teams
Ability to think innovatively and challenge the status quo
Excellent communication skills
Comfort with and ability to understand (at a high level) capabilities and technical systems
Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualifications
Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
