With offices nationwide, the firm serves organizations around the world as an independent member of Nexia.We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team in our Advisory practice near one of our East Coast offices.CohnReznick is a hybrid firm and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.YOUR ROLE.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Collaborate with advisory marketing directors/managers and practice teams to support campaigns and initiativesExecute marketing communications across channels: email, digital, advertising, webcasts, and mediaEnsure consistent messaging across website, collateral, and proposalsCoordinate events, sponsorships, speaking engagements, and networking opportunitiesSupport reporting and performance tracking of marketing programsPartner with sales and marketing colleagues to enhance the client experience and support growth initiativesAssist with budget tracking and vendor coordinationYOUR EXPERIENCE.The successful candidate will have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relationsStrong writing and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with proactive communication skillsTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Preferred Tools & Emerging SkillsTo stay ahead in 2025 and beyond, candidates with experience in the following areas will stand out:Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRMExperience using Copilot for AI-powered insights and content assistanceProficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reportingExperience with monday.com or similar project management toolsExposure to marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)Understanding of SEO, campaign analytics, and digital KPIsComfort with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Miro, Asana)In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
