What You'll Do:
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the facility.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access, adapting to the unique environment of a manufacturing and industrial site.
Observe and report any unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying credentials, and helping to maintain order within the location.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
