Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring cost, quality, and innovation targets are met. Design products, molds, and fixtures for efficient manufacturing. Monitor project timelines and proactively address risks or delays. Support R&D strategy aligned with company goals and market trends. Promote innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and quality. Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, and documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and workplace standards. Collaborate with Production, Quality, and other departments to meet manufacturing goals and uphold high standards.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Industrial Technology

2+ years of experience with process engineering or manufacturing engineering

Industrial equipment layout experience required

Experience with Creo or similar software is a plus

Work Environment

The work environment offers a Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 4 PM, with flexible hours available. The role includes a combination of office work, with a cubicle and standing desk, and hands-on involvement on the production floor approximately 40% of the time. The company encourages work-life balance, with employees rarely working more than 40 hours a week. With increased financial backing from a private equity firm, there are plans for business expansion, offering growth opportunities for the engineering team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.45 - $43.27/hr.
