As a Senior Software Engineer on the User Interface Software Development Team, you'll design and build easy to use diagnostic software that keeps our customers' production facilities running - and helps predict when maintenance is needed. As a Senior Software Engineer You Will:
Design and develop maintainable software applications in a truly collaborative team environment
Conduct peer code reviews and provide constructive feedback

Provide 3 rd level technical support as needed (no on-call rotations!)

Who You Are:
You prefer action over unnecessary planning. You effectively communicate in small and large group settings, or with diverse personality @types and across management hierarchies. You break down objectives into appropriate smaller spikes, experiments, proto@types and cross-functional pieces of implementation.
For This Role You Will Need: ?
Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent technical degree AND 5 years?of professional software development experience OR High School Degree AND 10 years of professional software development experience in lieu of a degree
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:?
7+ years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in object-oriented programming (e.g., C#, .NET Blazor)
Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)
Familiarity with version control systems like Git
Experience of leveraging AI Coding Assistants
Ability to architect modular, maintainable software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning
Previous experience with Extreme Programming techniques
