In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Maintain a safe work environment in accord with company policies.

Produce quality parts/assemblies and eliminate the cost of non-conformance.

Reduce lead times and optimize production cycle to conform to "make-to-order".

Maintain competitive cost associated with machining and assembly including labor, material, tooling, inventory, etc.

Achieve productivity levels to maximize contribution to cost control and Marshalltown FCS operating profit.

For This Role, You Will Need:

High School diploma or GED required.

Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.

Ability to read and comprehend technical specifications and instructions.

Ability to read and comprehend machine (G-code) programming (machinist positions) .

Use of precision measurement tool and gauges.

Shop math and ability to complete calculations using handbook formulas.
