Are you passionate about connecting with local businesses and driving community-based initiatives? We're launching an exciting new delivery partner program in your area and seeking motivated individuals to help grow our network of local business partners. As an Account Delivery Executive, you'll play a key role in

expanding the program by identifying and recruiting qualified businesses. You'll work closely with a Field Manager and other team members to visit prospective partners, present the opportunity, guide them through the application process, and support recruitment events. This is a field-based role with travel required (up to a 2-hour driving radius), and offers commission potential of up to $350 per converted partner.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses in targeted towns

Present and pitch the delivery partner program to generate interest

Qualify businesses and assist with the application and vetting process

Track leads and manage pipeline using Salesforce

Support planning and execution of recruitment events (e.g., lunch & learns, town halls)

Collaborate with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development groups

Import and manage data in Salesforce using Excel

Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in field sales or customer negotiation is a plus

Professional demeanor with a high sense of urgency

Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset

Tech-savvy with experience using multiple systems

Willingness to travel up to 4 hours round trip daily

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr.
