Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a contract basis in Port Newark, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims data while maintaining compliance with confidentiality standards. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Accurately input claims information into company databases, ensuring precision and timeliness.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of submitted data before processing.

Identify and address discrepancies or errors in claims documentation.

Organize and maintain both digital and physical records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve questions or issues related to claims data.

Uphold strict adherence to confidentiality and data security policies. Requirements - Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.

Familiarity with processing claims data and related documentation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies.

Proficient in using data entry software and maintaining organized records.

Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams.

Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and data security standards.

High school diploma or equivalent required.
