ADP is hiring a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing
In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across ADP's paid media ecosystem, enabling brand and demand campaigns to perform at scale. You'll serve as the connective tissue across marketing, agency partners, and internal business units-ensuring that campaigns are executed seamlessly, tracked accurately, and managed against budget with precision.
This role is ideal for a marketing operations individual contributor who thrives at the intersection of performance marketing, technology, and finance. You'll manage critical processes that power ADP's digital media investments, including campaign setup and tracking, purchase order management, partner renewals, and marketing technology integrations.
What You'll Do:
Campaign & Brand Operations
Partner with Brand and agency teams (Havas) to ensure campaigns align with KPIs and tactic-level objectives.
Own URL tracking standards, including UTM governance, Eloqua integration, and campaign shell setup in Workfront.
Support execution of FY26 brand campaigns, including digital consultant engagement, reporting validation, and governance of CM360 user access.
Operate an ADP Flagship SEM Account.
Financial & Vendor Management
Lead PO generation, processing, and accruals across platforms (CM360, DV360, Meta, LinkedIn, Demandbase, Bombora, LiveRamp, and others).
Manage invoice processing, accrual reporting, and reclassification grids for Business Units (BUs) in collaboration with Finance.
Oversee renewals, forecasting, and billing cycles for key media and data partners.
Platform & Technology Ownership
Serve as system administrator for Business Manager accounts on Meta and LinkedIn, ensuring governance and partner access.
Own integration and maintenance of marketing technology infrastructure, including Workfront project templates, Eloqua forms, SmartSheet workflows, and paid media tracking standards.
Ensure compliance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of MTA (multi-touch attribution) ingestion, remarketing tags, and channel-level specifications.
Process & Governance
Establish and maintain best practices for ad specifications, social copy templates, lead form standards, and campaign documentation.
Drive operational alignment across content, brand, and digital media approval workflows (Workfront, Monday.com, SmartSheet).
Lead QA and process optimization initiatives, ensuring marketing execution is efficient, scalable, and audit-ready.

Who You Are:
Experienced Leader: 8+ years of marketing operations or performance marketing experience, ideally in a global B2B or B2C environment.
Financially Savvy: Strong knowledge of PO processes, accruals, forecasting, and vendor management within large marketing organizations.
Tech Fluent: Hands-on expertise with platforms such as CM360, DV360, Meta/LinkedIn Business Manager, Eloqua, Workfront, and marketing data pipelines.
Process-Oriented: Adept at creating structure, governance, and repeatable frameworks in fast-paced marketing environments.
Collaborative: Skilled at working cross-functionally with brand teams, agencies, finance, and technology partners.
Detail-Obsessed: Known for accuracy in campaign tracking, financial reconciliation, and operational oversight.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year
Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
