Summary You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER in the OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (SPB10), INWSS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT DIVISION(SPB14) of STRATEGIC WEAPONS FACILITY PACIFIC. Responsibilities You will serve as a project engineer on complex and unique management and operations assignments where guidelines are frequently conflicting, unavailable, or controversial, end solutions have important program impact. You will participate as a direct representative of Strategic System Programs (SSP), command headquarters. You will be responsible for representing SWFPAC interests through the entire IPT life cycle, from the conceptual development, design, implementation, activation and disposition of products and services You will be responsible for effectively communicating IPT requirements, status, priorities, risks and issues to colleagues and management. You will serve as project engineer on complex and unique facilities assignments, the incumbent is responsible for defining and resolving all matters involving facilities and plant machinery and property. You will develop or implements facility and equipment installations, maintenance schedules, activation and deactivation plans for physical plants and machinery. You will design, develops, implements, and monitors a variety of management information systems related to FBM program-unique needs and to more generic business applications. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications In addition to the basic education requirement, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or NH-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following as a professional engineer developing or implementing facility and equipment installations, performing engineering analyses/studies, and providing lifecycle management for strategic weapon systems.
